Deciphering Depression

Why Depression:
The most important question that many people don't have a clue about is why?. Now there are many interpretations on this and people have varied opinions about it. But I think the main reason of getting depressed is getting overtly positive because when a person thinks that he/she will win in a competition or land up in a good relationship they don't consider the variable factors involved in it such as in case of  competition they take the stakes too high, may be because of the successes they faced previously, so they become overtly confident as well, which is wrong, they don't consider contrary to it that there can be failure also so I should be prepared for it and in second case, which is relationship, people expect that if they love someone the another person will love them too and their comes the glitch, where, when they come to know that the relationship which they made in their mind is puffed just like smoke, they get completely shattered.
To deal with it I think one shouldn't think of anything and literally nothing, because an event which we don't know of what's going to happen, we should not mule on it  and leave it whether its going to be positive or negative but we should have a second plan in our mind so that if by chance it failed, we are able to formulate it.

What Is Depression:
Many people comprehend depression as a mental illness  but its not an illness, because illness is due to any infection caused by the external factors and depression is caused due to the mood fluctuations, which is generally due to the imbalance in your minds, created because of overthinking of something which pinches you constantly and you are unable bring yourself out of it.

How to Bring Yourself Out:
  • Incept with nifty things: Start with diverting your mind, by going for small things such as, doing your bed, watering the plants, or may be just reading a casual book which is easy to grasp.
  • Change Your Thought process: Try to ponder that why the event/incident is so much important to you than your family or yourself? ask yourself this question and than try finding answer of this question and if the answer is no than proceed further by engaging yourself in other activities such as, reading, watching movies, playing, cycling, or anything that interests you the most.
  • Relax Your Mind: Take a break for sometime and just think of nothing, just empty your mind and enjoy with your family or meditate may be for sometime.
